Novaire Pro is a recurring subscription, currently €6.99 per month. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Novaire Pro at any time from the Billing page in your account. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
